available to the owner or
moderator of the room and may be
'grayed' out or simply not
visible. The owner of the room
has several options to enable
and disable certain functions to
suit their individual
requirements. Functions that are
usually moderator only are
highlighted in red.

ADMINISTRATION PANEL
My Account Details
The first page you see is 'My
account details'. This page
contains some basic information,
such as how many registered
moderators have been created and
also contains your download link
to your room. Note:-
CONFIGURE THE SOFTWARE FIRST
BEFORE DOWNLOADING! You can
return to this home page at any
time by left clicking the 'My
account details' button.

My Room Settings
Left click on 'room settings'
to enter the chat room editor.
From here you can customize your
room(s).
Name - This is the name of
the room as it will appear in
the list of available conference
rooms when someone launches the
software.
Password - Enter a password
here if you want to restrict
access to your room to people
that know the current password
that you have set here. Leave
blank if you want this room to
be constantly open.
Description - Enter the text
in this box that you wish your
visitors to see as a welcome, in
the 'text chat' area of the
software when they first enter
the room. If you do not enter
anything here then the text chat
area will remain blank.
Room Properties - you can
select these options to best fit
your needs if there is no
moderator in the room, and you
would would like to keep control
of what is going on within the
room.
Home Page URL - Enter the
FULL URL (including http://www.)
of the page you wish people to
see in the browser window upon
entering the room. This is also
the page that people will be
directed to if they click on the
'Home' button in the software.

My Ban List
In your room, a moderator
can right click on any guest and
choose the ban option. You can
remove the ban via this "My Ban
List" section of your
administration panel.

My Room Moderators
Here you can review or edit
the list of moderators that you
have allowed for your room.
Initially there are no
moderators listed, so you need
to create a new moderator. This
is done by left clicking the
'add new moderator' button. In
the dialogue box that appears
you will see the following
fields. Make note of the
password that is created. You
will use this password to log
into your conference room as a
moderator. The password is not
case sensitive.
Password - Here you will see
a system generated password,
make a note of this password as
it will be the one assigned to
the user you are about to
create. You will notice that
there is a 'Generate new' button
here. Left click this button to
automatically create a new
random password for this user.
First name, Last Name - Enter
the Moderator's First and last
name as you want it to appear in
the list of moderators shown in
"My Room Moderators".
E-mail - Enter a valid
contact e-mail address for this
moderator.
When you have completed all
the fields in the form, left
click on the 'Insert now' button
to save these settings. This
moderator should now appear in
the list of registered
moderators. That's it, your
configuration is now complete.
You can now left click on the
'Home' button and download your
software from the general
information box on this page.

CONFERENCE SOFTWARE
INTERFACE
File menu
Login - Left click to log
back into the conference room
after using the logout option.
Logout - Left click to log
out of the conference without
actually closing the software
down altogether. ( NOTE: During
normal use of the conference
room if you should freeze up,
normally using this tab to log
out and back in will restore the
connection.)
Status - Set your status. You
can be "online", "away",
"question", etc..
Organise rooms - If you have
visited many rooms, you might
want to organise your rooms.
This feature will affect your
drop down list on the software
login screen.
Options - Left click to open
the options menu dialogue box.
There are five tabbed boxes
called 'General Settings',
'Information', 'Sounds', 'Hot
Keys', and 'Proxy Settings'.
Left click on the relevant tab
to see each dialogue box.
Exit - Left click to close
the software completly.

Moderator *
You must be logged in as a
moderator for the moderator
features bellow.
Standard - No presentation
mode is active. Guests and
moderators can use the browser
to visit Websites independently
of each of other.
Follow me - This is the first
level of presentation. The
presentor can visit pages and
activate the whiteboard. Guests
see what the presentor sees but
they do not control the browser.
Soft presentation - Same as
follow me mode except that now,
the address bar in the browser
is not shown to guests. This is
great for visiting competitor
Websites and content that is not
for public access.
Medium presentation - We step
it up a notch. The address bar
is hidden to guests and the text
chat is off. This is for
instances where you want people
to follow the presentation
before asking questions or
participating.
Hard presentation mode - Full
screen mode. Guests only see the
browser or whiteboard.
Desktop sharing - Share your
desktop with guests. Only
moderators can show their
desktop.
Drawing - Draw shapes, write,
illustrate. You can even use the
whiteboard functions directly on
a webpage!

Browser
Just like a standard browser,
you can have favorites,
navigation, etc..

Text chat
Here you can open your
private messages history, clear
the text chat window for
everyone (moderator only
function), save the text chat
box as a txt file, and you can
also change your text chat font
and color with the 'options'
feature.

Webcam
Activate or de-activate your
webcam, and select the quality.

View
Toggle the bottom status bar
on or off.

Help
Contents and index - Left
click to access the help files.
Home page - Left click to
return to the browser home page.
About - About the software.
Included is the name of the
person who sent you here.
If you
used the link provided in your
administration panel's "My
customizations", that member's
user name will show.

The address bar

Above is the address bar. You
have the standard back, forward,
stop, refresh, and home options.
Notice the SYNCHRONIZE button.
That contains the moderator
presentation modes. There is one
more option here called 'Video
Live Show' mode. When selecting
this mode, the moderator webcam
is shown in the browser, in
large format.

Start Recording
button * You must be
logged in as a moderator for
this function.
You can record the audio from
the room in MP3 format.

List of members
* You must be logged in
as a moderator for this
function.
You can right click on any
member and stop them from
speaking, reject them from the
room, ban them all together,
send a file to that member, send
a file to all members, request
desktop sharing (to see their
desktop), and you can also
request one-to-one voice chat.

Speaker webcam
This window shows the webcam
of whoever is speaking. You can
also use an avatar instead of a
webcam by going in 'file' >>
'options' >> 'information'.

Audio controller
Controls the microphone and
speaker volumes.

Talk now
Press this button to speak.
If you are logged in as a
moderator, you can check the box
next to the button to lock on
the talk now function.

Text chat
The main chat window. There
is also a 'Private to' option.
Select the member from the drop
down list, and you can send
private messages that only
he/she will see.

The whiteboard menu
The contents of the
whiteboard can be seen by left
clicking on the whiteboard tab
in the main work area. All
members in the room will be able
to see the results of another
member using the whiteboard.
Below are the main options that
you have available when using
the whiteboard, plus a brief
description of how each option
works.
Pencil - Left click to select
pencil mode. When selected hold
down left mouse button to draw
and let go to stop.
Line - Left click to select
line mode. When selected hold
down left mouse button where you
wish to begin the line and move
the mouse pointer to where you
wish to end the line, then let
go.
Rectangle - Left click to
select rectangle mode. When
selected hold down left mouse
button to set one corner of the
rectangle, then move the mouse
pointer to set adjacent corner
position, then let go.
Rounded rectangle - Left
click to select rounded
rectangle mode. When selected
hold down left mouse button to
set one corner of the rounded
rectangle, then move the mouse
pointer to set adjacent corner
position, then let go
Ellipse - Left click to
select ellipse mode. Works
similarly to rectangle mode to
create an ellipse of required
size and shape.
Text - Left click to select
text mode. When selected, move
mouse pointer to where you wish
to insert text and begin typing.
Text will appear in the format
selected using font style
option.
Eraser - Left click to select
eraser mode. Left click and hold
the mouse button to erase
anything drawn on the whiteboard
by moving the mouse pointer over
the area you wish to erase, then
let go.
Pen style - Left click to
select pen mode. From the
dialogue box you can change the
style of the pen you use.
Brush style - Left click to
select brush mode. From the
dialogue box you can change the
style of the brush you use.
Font style - Left click to
change font style. From the
dialogue box you can change the
size and style of font used in
text mode.
Clear drawn objects - Left
click to clear only drawn items.
Clear paper - Left click to
clear the whiteboard completely.
Copy to clipboard - Left
click to save the current
whiteboard contents to the
clipboard.
Save as - Left click to save
the contents of the clipboard on
your hard drive for later use.
