Helpful Install Tips.

DO NOT Use Fire Fox Browser use Internet Explorer

SAVE the Software to Your Desk Top

DO NOT Try and Run the Software Before you have
Saved it and Installed it properly to your Computer

Vista Users Run as Administrator
When you have successfully downloaded the Icon to your desktop
Right Click on the Smile Icon and choose to Run as Administrator.

Install Problems

If you have received an error that the software was not installed
correctly please do the following:

1. Delete all instances of the software from your desktop
2. XP users go to add remove programs and uninstall Audio/Video Conference.
   Vista users Click on Start Menu - Click on Computer -
   Click to open your C Drive - Click to open your Program Folder -
   Find and Delete the Folder "conference"
3. Empty Your Trash Bin
4. Download a fresh copy of the software
5. Vista users run as administrator. XP users click run..
